Christmas readings shared at the Junior School

Year 1 were treated to some very special Christmas readings from their friends in Year 4 on Thursday 14 December.

Each Year 4 class shared Christmas stories that they had planned, written, edited and illustrated – every story was unique. Children in Year 1 sat next to their Year 4 equivalent and listened intently as they were told wonderful stories about adventures of reindeer, Father Christmas and snowmen.

After story time, all of the children enjoyed a biscuit and a chat together before heading back to their classrooms full of Christmas cheer!
